Free online technical support is available to all eXpansys customers 24/7 - find your product on the site and click "Support Forums", or visit our Support Homepage.

Collect an order
We do not have a showroom, but we welcome customers who wish to collect orders between 10am and 2pm on weekdays. Please call +27 (11)021 2711/2/3/4/5 if you need to confirm an order is ready or if you need to make arrangements at a special time. Our collection point is Premiumstores/eXpansys Glenhove Square Office Park, 1st Floor Compass House. 71 4th St. Houghton, Johannesburg, 2192.

Report a late delivery
If you have received a shipping confirmation email and the package has not arrived when you expected, please contact trackorder@expansys.co.za, or alternatively call +27 (11) 021 2711/2/3/4/5.

Cancel an order
To cancel your order please send an email quoting your order reference and reason for cancelling to cancelorder@expansys.co.za, or alternatively call +27 (11) 021 2711/2/3/4/5. Please note that orders can not be cancelled after dispatch from our supplier either locally or internationally.

Returning faulty or damaged goods
If your goods arrive faulty or develop a fault within the first 7 days, you can return them to eXpansys for replacement or refund.

To return goods to eXpansys - parcel them securely, including all manuals, accessories and original packaging.

Include a short note detailing your original order reference, contact details and a description of the fault. Send the package to Returns Department, eXpansys/Premiumstores , Glenhove Square Office Park, 71 4th Street, Houghton, Johannesburg, 2192. Please send your returns in by post only - the above address does not have a returns desk facility.

Please note most products listed on eXpansys.co.za have been imported unless stated. The authorized South African distributor of these products is under no obligation to honour the manufacturer’s guarantees/warranties or to provide after-sales service. Any products that carry the South African warranty shall be clearly indicated by ZA Warranty. ZA warranty products are serviced locally in South Africa and goods must either be taken in to manufacturer directly or returned to eXpansys South Africa. All our imported products are sourced through eXpansys operations in Europe, UK, USA and Hong Kong. eXpansys South Africa can assist the customer in returning the goods to these locations where the warranty is valid but this will be at the customers expense.

All products are to be returned to eXpansys and not to the manufacturer unless clearly indicated by ZA Warranty.


Returning unwanted/not faulty goods
Any item may be returned for any reason within 7 days of the date of despatch so long as it is in the same condition as when received. We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser. If the goods are not in the same condition as when received, a re-stocking fee shall apply or the goods may be rejected at the discretion of eXpansys South Africa.

Please note that, with the exception of faulty merchandise, we cannot accept software or goods containing software where the seal has been broken. This does not affect your statutory rights.
